2026 Havelock Chili Festival VENDOR REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
2-PART VENDOR APPLICATION PROCESS
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 HAVELOCK CHILI FESTIVAL as a vendor. Once again this year we are using a 2-part Application Process. Please click the button below, fill out the online form and we will let you know if you are accepted to participate this year. Booth prices and sizes are listed below. Once you receive your acceptance,
we will send you the Full Application with a link for payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Your spot will NOT be confirmed until payment and full application are BOTH received.
If you have more than one business needing more than 1 booth, please submit a form for each business. If you are sharing a space, both businesses can be listed on one form.
We limit artisan categories to 3 vendors each. WE WILL POST ANY CLOSED CATEGORIES ON OUR 2026 CONFIRMED VENDORS AND PARTICIPANTS LIST.

THE HAVELOCK CHILI FESTIVAL IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.
SHOULD THE FESTIVAL BE CANCELLED DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER, VENDORS CAN CHOOSE TO
ROLLOVER FULL PAYMENT TO 2027 OR RECEIVE A 75% REFUND
(-25% to help us cover our non-refundable marketing, advertising, insurance, etc. expenses)

Food items not listed above will be reviewed by the Havelock Chili Festival Committee when Part 1 of the Vendor Application is submitted.

Click the button below which links to Part 1 of our Application on Zeffy. Click the Add 1 button on the upper right side, then the Continue button at the bottom. Fill out the questions that follow and submit. You will receive a Thank You email automatically.
ONLINE VENDOR APPLICATION PART 1 WILL BE REVIEWED UPON RECEIPT.
VENDOR APPLICANT WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH APPROVAL DECISION FROM THE HAVELOCK CHILI FESTIVAL COMMITTEE, WITH LINK TO PAYMENT AND FULL APPLICATION IF APPROVED.
VENDOR SPOT IS NOT SECURED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT AND COMPLETED APPLICATION ARE BOTH RECEIVED.
LATE FEE: $50 Late Fee will be applied after Oct. 1.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE is OCT. 5th. NO EXCEPTIONS.
