Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2025 HAVELOCK CHILI FESTIVAL as a vendor. Once again this year we are using a 2-part Application Process. Please click the button below, fill out the form and we will let you know if you are accepted to participate this year. Booth prices and sizes are listed below. Once you receive your acceptance,
we will send you the Full Application with a link for payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Your spot will NOT be confirmed until payment is received.
If you have more than one business needing more than 1 booth, please submit a form for each business. If you are sharing a space, both businesses can be listed on one form.
We limit artisan categories to 3 vendors each. WE WILL LIST ANY CLOSED CATEGORIES ON OUR 2025 CONFIRMED VENDORS AND PARTICIPANTS LIST.

Food items not listed above will be reviewed by the Havelock Chili Festival Committee when Part 1 of the Vendor Application is submitted.
VENDOR APPLICANT WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF APPROVAL BY THE HAVELOCK CHILI FESTIVAL COMMITTEE, WITH LINK TO PAYMENT AND FULL APPLICATION.
VENDOR IS NOT CONSIDERED APPROVED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED
LATE FEE: $50 Late Fee will be applied after Oct. 1.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE is OCT. 5th. NO EXCEPTIONS.
